I took the kids camping the first weekend of August in Okoboji while Jesse had to work at the hospital. We met my parents with their well equipped camper and spent the weekend having a lot of fun. This was the first official time Gage had ever gone camping, while Kennedy is a veteran camper, starting her camping days at about 9 months-in a tent at Yosemite!
We swam in the lake, played zim-zam, lawn darts, took walks, played at the park, I got schooled in Monopoly and we ate lots of s'mores.
